This privacy policy describes how hirr ("we") collects and uses information when you visit hirr.io or complete a regional scan.

Information we collect

When you run a scan, we collect your name, work email, phone number, optional firm name, ZIP code, commute radius, and the modeled regional count shown to you. We also receive standard analytics and advertising identifiers (including Meta Pixel events and UTM / fbclid parameters when present).

How we use information

We use scan information to show your regional estimate, email you a copy of results, and contact you about those results — including by phone — as described at the point of opt-in. We do not sell your information or add you to unrelated newsletters.

Sharing

Lead information is processed in our CRM (GoHighLevel) and may be visible to our team for scheduling and follow-up. Service providers that host the site, forms, analytics, and calendaring process data on our behalf.

Retention

We retain lead and booking records as needed to provide the service and meet legitimate business and legal requirements.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at privacy@hirr.io.
