It was never a shortage

A firm owner was turning away paying clients, convinced the talent was gone. Job boards were silent. Recruiters were expensive and wrong for the seat. Then the first regional scan: 340 accountants within commuting distance of his office.

The national narrative said shortage. The region said otherwise. What those conversations made obvious is that nobody was doing anything wrong. They had two tools — a job ad and an agency — and both only reach accountants who are actively looking. The hire worth making is fifteen minutes away, fully booked, and not looking at anything.

So hiring an accountant isn't a shortage problem. It's a reach problem. Reach is what we build, and we build it in the firm's name rather than our own.

• It goes out as you, not as us.Every message an accountant receives comes from your firm, with your name on it. hirr doesn't appear in the conversation, because a partner asking directly is the entire reason it works.
• Your data is yours alone.The accountants we map for your firm are never resold, never shared with another firm, and never recycled into someone else's campaign.
• You talk to the accountant.We don't sit between you and a candidate, screening or relaying. Replies land with the person who can actually say yes.
• We say no when we should.If we don't think we can deliver in your catchment, you'll hear it on the call rather than after the invoice.

The job ends. That's the point.

Most of hiring is designed so you come back. Ours is designed so you don't have to. When the system is built and running, it's handed over — including the ones who said “not now, ask me next year.” That list is your next vacancy, already half-solved.

Ongoing running costs, like the sending domain and numbers, transfer at cost. There's no hirr margin sitting on top of them. After that, your next hire runs on machinery you already own.

One fee, and half of it depends on a hire

The fee is one-time and fixed before any work starts. Half up front, half only once an accountant found through your system starts at your firm. No monthly fee, no percentage of anyone's salary, nothing charged on your later hires.
