How it works
What happens, in order, from the first call to the handover. The homepage makes the case; this page is the manual.
01
One conversation. We ask about the role: hours, seniority, clients they'd own, and what genuinely makes your firm worth moving for. You tell us the constraints: radius, start dates, anything that rules a candidate out. That conversation becomes the raw material for the map and every message that goes out. Nothing is contacted at this stage.
You spend: about half an hour
02
Our work. We build the accountant map for your commute shed: every working accountant in realistic reach of your office, based on drive time in real traffic — not straight-line miles. The radius is set per role; the hire most worth making usually has the tightest one. Contact details come from public professional sources and published firm pages. You see the plan before anything moves.
You spend: the time it takes to read the plan
03
Messages are written for your firm and sent under your name and your domain. Short, specific, honest: suburb, role shape, who they'd work alongside. The reply-to is you. You approve every message before anything is sent. Nothing goes out that you haven't read. Compliance is ours to carry — CAN-SPAM, TCPA where SMS applies, opt-outs that stick with a log.
You spend: minutes per batch, in your own inbox
04
The only people who reach your inbox are accountants who read about your firm and raised a hand. You answer them directly; you're the one who can say yes to hours, terms and start dates. Answer the same day. Interest decays in days, not weeks. A “not right now, try me next year” goes on the bench. An opt-out goes on the suppression list and is never contacted again.
You spend: minutes per reply, same day
05
You interview, choose and hire, directly. No placement fee, no percentage of the package. The first hire triggers the handover: the accountant map, outreach infrastructure, every conversation, and the “next year” bench — all transferred to your firm. Every hire after the first costs nothing.
You spend: interview, choose, hire
One fixed fee. Not a percentage of the accountant's package. Half up front, half only when you hire. No monthly fees. Nothing on any hire after the first: the system is yours to keep, free of charge, for every future hire. The exact figure is stated on the call, before any commitment, and doesn't change once quoted.
No. Outreach runs under your firm's name and domain, and we build and run the infrastructure. Your job happens in your own inbox.
The map and the outreach plan come first, and nothing is sent until you've approved the messages. The setup conversation is one short call; the build after it is our work, not yours.
A “not right now” goes on the bench: kept, dated, and yours after handover. An opt-out goes on a suppression list and is never contacted again.
Yes, done properly. Contact details come from public professional sources and published firm pages; every send is identified as your firm under CAN-SPAM; SMS follows TCPA; and opt-outs stick, with a log. The compliance sits with hirr, not your firm.
A fixed one-time fee: half up front, half only on your first hire. No percentage, no monthly, no charge on later hires — you keep the system for every future hire. The exact figure is stated on the call and doesn't change once quoted.
